New Office Hours: We have decided to adjust our office hours to better accommodate both customers and staff. Starting Dec. 1st we will move our hours to 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Live technical support will still be available 7 days a week until 9pm. For after-hours support, you will be prompted to leave a voicemail and our tech will return calls in the order received. We are proud to offer extended after-hours support those other providers in town don’t offer. If you’re having issues with speed or performance WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! Please use your personal billing portal to renew if it is after-hours, we’d like to have after-hours used just for technical support.
