Auto-Pay options: We are making a small adjustment to Auto-Pay customers. Starting December 1st, we will be implementing a second attempt to collect payment if your payment fails to process the first time. This is to ensure your service isn’t affected in case there is a hiccup between your bank and ours. If the payment fails to process the first time, it will attempt a second transaction 2 days later.
If you are interested in setting up Auto-Pay, please call us at 509-853-0858 and we can make that adjustment for you. Our customers find this the easiest way to process their payments.
