Radio Upgrades are in Progress
Many of you have the newer radio's installed at your residences/business. The newer radios have frequent firmware upgrades, these upgrades make the equipment work more efficiently and allow us to monitor outages so eventually we will know as soon as your radio stops working, something we can't do now. We don't have to visit your location and all upgrades are done over the air.
All upgrades will be done at a low traffic time and the most you will notice is a brief loss of connectivity. Most of the gear we use is so new it was just invented in the past few years, our newest gear just six months ago. Because we use such new gear there is a tendency for bugs to be found after deployed. We will keep up with all upgrades to minimize problems which should give you better service and faster speeds.
